TOMATO PIE 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. milk

Mix; roll out between wax paper. Fit into a 9 or 10 inch pie plate; turn edge. Peel tomatoes and slice into pie plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, basil and chives.

TOPPING:

1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Blend together and cover pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes then serve.
