CARAMEL CHOCOLATE BARS 
About 50 caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped walnuts meats
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

In double boiler combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk and cook until melted. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts. Stir until dough holds together. Press 1/2 of dough in pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked crust and spread when melted. Drizzle caramel mixture over chips. Add enough milk to other half of dough until spreadable and then spread over caramel mixture. Bake 20 minutes. Cool and cut.
