CHICKEN ELIZABETH 
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter
6 to 8 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz Blue cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 sm. garlic cloves, crushed
Chopped parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Melt butter in heavy, large skillet. Add chicken and brown well, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Combine sour cream, Blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in small bowl. Spoon mixture evenly over chicken. Bake, uncovered, until juices run clear when chicken is pricked with fork (about 50 minutes). Garnish with parsley.
