CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 squares baking chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
2 eggs, separated
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Baked 8-inch pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter over water in top of double boiler. Mix flour, sugar and salt and stir into chocolate; add milk slowly and stir constantly until mixture is fully thickened, about 15 minutes. Beat egg yolks well, stir in a little of the chocolate mixture. Then pour into rest of hot mixture and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cool partially and stir in vanilla. Pour into pie shell.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can Baker's coconut

Follow directions on Dream Whip box. Sprinkle coconut on top of Dream Whip. Chill in refrigerator.
