BAKED VIDALIA ONIONS 
4 - 6 lg. Vidalia onions
4 - 6 tbsp. butter
4 - 6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Nature's Seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic and parsley)
2 - 3 ftsp. heavy duty aluminum foil

Peel onions. Cut 3/4 down through the onions, criss-crossing until onions fan out like a floweret. Do not cut through to the bottom. Fill the center with butter, and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning. Place each onion on large square of foil. Bring edges of the foil to the top center and twist firmly. Place on a flat cooking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until soft.

Serves 4 - 6.
