STUFFED JALAPENO 
Approximately 16 mild jalapenos
1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise to desired consistency

Mix above ingredients in bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to keep tuna from being dry. Remove all seeds from pepper rinsing under water. Place in ice water overnight (this removes part of heat from peppers). Drain well and stuff with tuna mixture. If tuna mix appears dry, add more mayonnaise. Keep refrigerated until served.
