FROSTED FRUIT CUP 
1 (16 oz.) can apricots
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar, optional
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen strawberries
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen raspberries
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 bananas, sliced or diced

Drain fruits, save 1 cup liquid; heat with (optional) sugar. Add berries, orange and lemon juice. Add bananas, mix lightly and spoon into cupcake liners. Freeze. Makes 36.
