ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 24 oz. can tomato puree
1 yellow onion, diced
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Dice onion and place in pot with sausage. Brown on low flame. Pour in tomatoes and simmer on low flame. Stir frequently, cook to desired thickness. Add water if sauce is too thick. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over pasta.
