AFRI-CHINESE BROCCOLI | |
1 1/2 lb. broccoli 4 tbsp. peanut oil 3 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt Wash broccoli, slice into thin pieces diagonally, not more than 2 inches long. Heat oil and add the broccoli and salt and cook for 8 minutes. Mix together soy sauce, ginger and water and add to broccoli, stirring well. Add 4 tablespoons hot water and put lid on pan. Bring to boil and then cook 2 minutes and serve. |
