NO EGGS BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c. 100% Bran cereal
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (opt.)
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. dark molasses
2 tbsp. corn oil

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Combine others and add all at once to dry mixture. Stir just enough to moisten. Fill greased (or paper cups) muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
