KIELBASA CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Polish sausage or Kielbasa
1 can cream of potato soup or cream of celery or cream of mushroom
1 sm. bell pepper
1 sm. onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 c. diced potatoes or rice

Brown diced onions, pepper and sausage in pan. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Cover with potatoes and cream soup of your choice. Top with 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Place remaining cup of cheese over casserole and serve hot. 6 servings.
