1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped peanuts, dry roasted
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla

Cream the cream cheese and brown sugar together, then add vanilla and fold in peanuts. Great dip for apples.
