COCOA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
3 cubes butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. coconut

Mix together sugar and flour. Set aside. In small saucepan, mix water, butter, and cocoa. Let heat to boil and pour over previous mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, and eggs. Beat until creamy. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

FROSTING: Make frosting while cake is baking. Frost cake while hot. In small saucepan heat 1 cube butter and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Set aside. In bowl, mix powdered sugar, vanilla, evaporated milk, nuts, and coconut. Stir in heated mixture. Frost cake.
