PUMPKIN PECAN BUNDT 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. water

Mix and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup pecans and whole pecans for side of cake. Grease bundt pan with butter. Sprinkle with flour. Place pecans in bottom of pan. Pour in batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes. Place on rack. Serve with whipped cream.
