LEMON BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. sugar
Juice of lemon

Mix. Drizzle over top of bread while still in the loaf pan. Remove from pan and serve.
