SWEET POTATO PECAN CASSEROLE | |
5 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed (about 2 c.) 1 c. milk 3/4 c. brown sugar 4 slightly beaten eggs 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. broken pecans 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. mace 1/4 tsp. salt Mix well. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn oven to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes more, or until firm. Makes 6-8 servings. |
