CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
4 oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento, optional
10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour. Great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey.
