1 box dark chocolate or fudge cake mix
1/3 c. softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix half of dry cake mix with butter, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix, chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Don't over bake; should be moist in the center.
