SHRIMP STEW 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. flour
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 c. water

Brown flour in oil. Add onion, pepper and tomato sauce. Cook about 15 minutes. Add sugar, salt and pepper, shrimp and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
