SHRIMP STEW 
5 lbs. cleaned raw shrimp
2 cans tomatoes (put in blender)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Crab boil (2 pks. wrapped in gauze or liquid crab boil to taste)
Salt to taste

Saute onions, pepper, green onions and onions until tender. Add garlic last. Cook until tender. Add shrimp. Cook until pink color. Add tomatoes (after blending). Add crab boil and cook until tender. Do not overcook shrimp.
