1 pkg. Duncan Hines brownie mix, family size
3/4 c. reg. flour, unsifted
6 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts, if desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients including chocolate flavor packet; stir until well mixed. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. When the cookies have just lost their gloss yet still feel quite soft to a light touch, remove from oven; do not over bake. Let cool 2-3 minutes then remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Store in airtight container. Makes 5-6 dozen cookies.
