CHERRY BRUNCH RING (MONKEY
BREAD)
 
1/2 c. brown sugar
Maraschino cherries
1 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease fluted tube pan or bundt cake pan. Place brown sugar, cherries, pecans and 1/4 cup of butter (melted) in bottom of pan.

Separated biscuits and cut in quarters. Put into a plastic or brown bag: cinnamon and 1 cup sugar, shake biscuits in a mix a few at a time. Then place in layers in pan, overlapping slightly.

Mix rest of butter and brown sugar and melt, pour on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 2 minutes, invert onto serving plate.
