CHERRY COLA SALAD 
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 can cherry pie filling
2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry Jello
1 can (#2 size) crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 can (6 oz.) coke
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat until boiling, sugar and water. Add cherry pie filling and bring to a boil again. Pour over gelatin stirring until Jello is dissolved. Add pineapple, coke, lemon juice and nuts, mixing well. Chill.
