GREAT GRANDMA'S PUMPKIN PIE 
9 inch unbaked pie crust
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. white sugar
1 3/4 c. Libby's pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stir eggs into pumpkin. Blend salt and spices with sugar. Mix into pumpkin. Gradually stir in milk until well mixed. Pour into pie shell. Cover edges of crust with aluminum foil. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking an additional 45-55 minutes or until a sharp knife inserted in center comes out clean.
