PUMPKIN PECAN PIE | |
3 slightly beaten eggs 1 c. cooked pumpkin 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 9" pie shell, unbaked 1 c. chopped pecans In small bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Chill, serve with whipped cream. |
