SQUASH DOUGHNUTS 
2 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sifted squash
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg

Lightly beat eggs. Add sugar; beat well. Sift dry ingredients with bread flour, enough to make a soft batter. Roll. Cut and cook.
