MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans or black walnuts
1-2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Mix flour, butter, cocoa, coconut and vanilla. Add to egg mixture. Beat well and add nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread on 1 jar of marshmallow cream while still hot.
