MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix in a food processor. Spread into a 9"x9" pan and bake 15 minutes or less at 350 degrees. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix this in a food processor and spread over crust.

THIRD LAYER:

2 lg. boxes chocolate pudding

Cook according to directions on the box and cool. Spread on the previous 2 layers. Top with more Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. This serves 10.
