CRUNCHY CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head green cabbage
1 pkg. Oriental chicken-flavored noodle mix
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. of chicken flavoring from noodle mix
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. slivered or sliced almonds, toasted

Shred or finely chop cabbage. Add onions and dry noodles (crush them with your hands). Mix well, cover; set in refrigerator for 1 hour, no longer. Mix dressing ingredients and nuts in. Mix well. Refrigerate.
