FLAP JACKS 
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. hamburger (browned & drained)
Chopped onion (brown with hamburger)
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Dash of Tabasco
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Flatten biscuits into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add hamburger-onion mixture. Pour on top barbecue sauce and Tabasco. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 400-450 degrees until cheese browns. Serves 4-5.
