STROMBOLI 
DOUGH:

3 heaping tsp. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. warm water
Approx. 2 - 2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. oil

SEASONING:

2 1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

Ham slices
Mozzarella cheese

Make dough adding enough flour so that it is not sticky. Form into ball shape and place in a well greased bowl. Let rise double. Roll out dough on floured surface, lay ham and Mozzarella cheese slices down the middle of dough, sprinkle with seasoning. Fold dough over one side at a time and pinch ends and sides together, place on greased cookie sheet. Poke top of dough with a fork, lightly. Let set 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until well brown. Remove and let cool.
