FRENCH PUDDING 
2 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 lb. vanilla wafers (12 oz. box)
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. frozen strawberries

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time to make batter. Roll wafers and line the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan with 1/2 of the crumbs, then 1/2 batter, 1/2 fruit, 1/2 whipping cream. Repeat with the other half. Top with chopped nuts. Freeze at least one hour. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving and cut into squares.
