FISH BATTER 
2 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Biscuit mix
1/3 c. beer
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Mix all ingredients except biscuit mix.

2. Dip fish in egg mixture and then into biscuit mix, coating evenly with biscuit mix.

3. Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Fry fish turning once for about 10 minutes.
