SOUR CREAM BLACK WALNUT BREAD 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped black walnuts

Mix egg, sugar and cream. Blend in dry ingredients which have been sifted together. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf pan in slow oven (325 degrees) for 1 hour or until done.
