2 1/2 c. herbed croutons 2 c. shredded sharp cheese 1 lb. sausage, browned 4 eggs 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 1/2 c. milk 1 can mushroom soup Place croutons into greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese. Place sausage over cheese. Beat together eggs, mustard, milk, mushroom soup, and pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight or at least a couple of hours. Place in preheated oven and bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Chicken, ham, or crab can be substituted for sausage. |
