PECAN PIE 
1 c. broken pecans
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Break up 1 cup of pecans and sprinkle on bottom of unbaked deep dish pie crust. Melt butter. Mix eggs, butter, sugars, syrups, vanilla and salt together well. Then pour into pie shell.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour, until almost set.
