BILL'S BEST MARYLAND CRAB SOUP | |
2 cans vegetable soup 2 cans Manhattan clam chowder 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning (or more) 1 lb. (or more) crabmeat 2 lbs. beef cubes, optional Steamed crab parts, optional Combine everything in a pot except crabmeat. Add beef cubes at this time and 4 soup cans of water. Bring to a boil and then simmer 30 minutes. Add crabmeat and steamed crab parts (claws, legs, etc.) at time of simmering. Yields 10-12 servings. |
