CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
2 c. Reese onion and garlic croutons
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Over low heat melt butter in saucepan. Slowly blend in flour, slowly blend in milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 cup cheese and mix well.

Place in casserole dish and sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and brown the top of casserole. Serves 6.
