STUFFED PEPPER 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & crumbled
4 or 5 bell peppers, cooked in boiling water until tender
2 c. cooked rice
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Grated cheese & paprika

Mix cooked ground beef, cooked rice, 1/4 cup tomato sauce and seasoning. Stuff into cooked peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Put the rest of the tomato sauce in a shallow dish. Place stuffed peppers in sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon baking sauce over pepper and serve.
