1 large can green beans
4-6 potatoes, sliced
1 small can mushrooms
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 small jar pimentos
2 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. Hillshire Smoked Sausage

Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer potatoes in dish, then layer half the package of sausage. In a bowl, mix together the green beans, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and pimentos. Pour all of this over the potatoes and sausages, then layer all the remaining sausage. Cover with foil and cook 1 hour at 400°F. Cover with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
