SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, thawed and squeezed thoroughly dry or fresh
(10 oz. cooked)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (1 lb.) round oval bread

Mix ingredients well. Put into hollowed out bread and chill overnight. Hollow bread by cutting 3/4 inch off the top and pull out or cut up the inside. Be sure to leave at least 3/4 inch bread on the inside to absorb moisture. Cover and chill. Yum...yum.
