LOBSTER PARTY SPREAD | |
1 (5 oz.) can lobster, drained and chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. dairy sour cream In a bowl, toss together lobster, celery, lemon rind and juice, onion salt and pepper. Gently blend in sour cream. Yield: 2 cups. |
