5-6 potatoes, grated 1 tbsp. onion, grated 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg Salt Pepper Oil Grate potatoes and onion together. Add flour, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cover bottom of frying pan with cooking oil. Do not add potato mixture until oil is hot! Ladle in potato in amounts to make pancake about 4 or 5 inches in diameter. Fry until top of pancake turns color. Flip once. Fry a minute longer. Drain on paper towel before serving with ketchup or sour cream, edges should be brown and crispy. |
