SUZIE'S ZIPPY POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. white rose potatoes
2 lg. celery stalks, finely chopped
1/2 med. purple onion, finely chopped
2 med. Kosher dills, finely chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 c. sour cream
Red wine vinegar
Garlic powder
Lawry's seasoning salt
Mustard (prepared)
4-6 eggs, hard boiled & chopped

Boil potatoes until an inserted knife comes out easily. Cool until warm. Peel and cut into chunks. Season with vinegar, garlic powder and Lawry's salt to taste. Combine potatoes, celery, onion, dills, mayonnaise and sour cream. Season again if necessary. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of mustard and chopped eggs. Mix well and then chill. Serves about 8.
