MINTED HOT COCOA MIX 
3 (4 1/2 inch) sticks hard peppermint candy
1 c. powdered non dairy coffee creamer
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa

Place candy in a heavy duty, zip top plastic bag. (Two wouldn't hurt any if your little one loves to hammer!); crush candy with a mallet. Combine crushed candy and remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container. To serve, combine 1/4 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Yield: 2 1/4 cup mix.

NOTE: To make Mocha flavored hot cocoa mix, add 1/2 cup instant coffee granules.
