MOTHER'S (TERESA MERLO BERRA)
CHICKEN STUFFING
 
1 lb. ground round
1/2 c. tart apple, chopped
1 sm. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Makes enough stuffing for neck and body cavity of a 3-4 pound chicken or turkey.
