SPANISH CABBAGE 
1 med. head white cabbage, chopped fine
4 strips bacon
1 onion, chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes

Fry bacon and break into small pieces. Stir fry cabbage in bacon fat. Add chopped onion and salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover the bottom of pan. Cover and steam about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and heat through.
