1 1/3 c. butter (only) 1 c. sugar 3 c. flour Dash of salt Cream butter. Add sugar, cream until light. Add sifted flour and salt, little by little. Cream until soft and light. If dough is too stiff add 1 to 2 tablespoons milk. Form with cookie press, or make balls and flatten with floured fork. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes, will be very light in color not browned. |
