BARBEQUED CHICKEN CUTLETS 
2 lb. chicken cutlets
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients (except chicken cutlets). Simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool. Pour over cutlets and marinate. (I use a zip-loc bag.) Grill for approximately 7 minutes on each side.
