EASY FISH 
3 tbsp. olive oil
Chopped tomatoes (1 lg. canned or 2-3 fresh)
Garlic (chopped or jar) to taste
Salt to taste
Hot crushed pepper to taste
Fish fillets
Coriander or parsley to taste
Paprika

Put in dish in this order:

2 tablespoons olive oil

Chopped tomato (1/2)

Garlic (sprinkle)

Salt (sprinkle)

Crushed pepper

Fish fillets

Tomato (chopped)

Salt

Coriander or parsley

Mix paprika in 1 tablespoon olive oil and spoon over top. Cover with foil. Cook on top of stove for 5 minutes. Then put in 400 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with rice and asparagus (suggested).
